Star Ocean: Integrity And Faithlessness Trailers Showcase Miki And Victor In 1080p/60FPS

The exclusive PS3 and PS4 RPG, Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness, by Square Enix received two new trailers showing off Miki and Victor. The two characters will help Fidel on his journey to restore peace to the land, which give fans of the game a nice look at the videos in 1080p and 60fps.

During Star Ocean 5‘s special live stream, we got to see quite a bit of the game, which showcased Welch at Medock and the item creation. We were also treated to more battle scenes and the combat mechanics, as well as the introduction of Victor and Miki. For those wondering, the game will be available in Japan on March 31st both on PS3 and PS4, and will have a western release due out sometime this year.

If you’ve missed the live stream, it revealed party skills, and how item creations are split into three different parts of “Creative Synthesis,” “Equipment Upgrades” and “Recipe Synthesis.” These creations can be done anywhere while you’re traveling the world.

But, most importantly, the two videos that derived from the live stream revealed Miki and Victor in 1080p and 60fps. And, yes, they are also playable characters just like Fidel, according to the official live stream video.

The first video displays Victor’s entrance on a beach, and also shows off his skills in combat with both long-range and close attacks. The second video reveals Miki waking Fidel up, and talking with him, while giving fans a nice look at her healing and damage based magic abilities in battle.

If you are pumped for the latest implementation to the ongoing series, Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness is due for release for PS3, and PS4 in Japan on March 31st, along with an Ultimate Box Edition. Lastly, the game will only be available for PS4 when it arrives to western fans, which is slated to come sometime this year.
