Watch Seven Minutes Of Studio MDHR’s Cuphead Stages And Item Shop

A new video has surfaced pertaining to Studio MDHR’s Cuphead, which shows an ample amount of platforming, shooting, a boss fight, shopping and more. The anticipated hand drawn 1940’s looking game, Cuphead, is set to release for PC and Xbox One this year.

One of the many games I’m looking forward to seeing in action, and playing, received a new video… it’s for the crazily animated game, Cuphead. Looking back not too far, we have seen a nice glimpse of Studio MDHR‘s project during this year’s E3. Numerous publication sites, and Youtubers alike, posted up videos of actual gameplay videos that revealed even more content.

As of now, the new video that runs for seven minutes revolves around the beginning portion of Cuphead, and the giant carrot boss. However, other features are also showcased like a store that holds items one can purchase from, and so on. In addition to this, the previous forest stages are shown, as well as a segment after the carrot boss.

If you are as curious as I am about Cuphead, the new seven minute gameplay video comes in thanks to GameRiot, who plays through the game while providing commentary throughout.

In case you don’t know, two player co-op is something that will be in Cuphead. Seeing how hard the game can get with those whacky bosses, and difficult stages, there’s no doubt that a second hand will help.

Moreover, if you can’t tell, I’m really looking forward to this game with much anticipation. Aside from the co-op, Cuphead looks like a simple and fun platforming Run ‘n Gun that focuses heavily on players having fun — instead of randomly generated Rogue-like stuff. Most importantly, you can’t forget about the beautiful hand drawn aesthetics that help bring the game to life, which makes Cuphead really stand out.

As of now, no initial release date has been confirmed yet, but the game will be available to play sometime later this year for PC and Xbox One. For more information on the game, you can visit cuphead.com.
