GTA 5 Diamond Casino Banned In Over 30 Countries And Counting

Despite Rockstar releasing the new downloadable content dubbed “Diamond Casino” for the world to play, many countries have banned the DLC that revels in debauchery. Yes, many people are upset that they cannot participate in the act of gambling even if it goes against said country’s law(s).

Firstly, I bet you are thinking, “What is this Diamond Casino? And why does it warrant a piece written about it when GTA V has been out for a long time?” Well, yes GTA V is old, but the Diamond Casino DLC is new.

And it offers a plethora of ways to gamble in-game chips by converting money or some form of banknote into in-game casino chips that cannot be transferred into real the world.

In addition to the above, YouTuber Pyrerealm gaming – Rockittt explains the gist of GTA V’s new DLC and how the casino works:

I bet you can see where the issue can come in, no? Well, Reddit user SavageYar underlines the very issue that it (the casino) prompts by posting his rare jackpot score of $2.5 million in chance:

The underlining problem that the above video exposes is that some people like RealExuberantRaptor (another individual on the same subreddit) posted the following as of today:

“I like watching idiots gamble away their money, i lost 15k and im done with the casino lmao. I watched my buddy blow through 2M for a 500k return, gambling addiction; more like poor decision making and impulse control.”

User f0nt fell into the same pit of losing money and wrote:

“Logged in, spun wheel 15000 chips

10 minutes later

0 welp back to i/e grinding that was fun.”

A person by the name of Complete-Anon found the whole thing to be very interesting:

“This made me try this slot machine and I just won 1.25 mil first try.”

And others went broke trying to replicate such success like Teh_Locks:

“I turned 50k into 480k wanted to win one more to reach 500k and ended with $0 fuuuuu.”

In an attempt to stop the behavior as depicted above, some countries have laws in place to prevent the spread of virtual gambling.
