Project Boundary’s Trailer Shows Off Zero Gravity Space Battles

Sporting almost a similar space look to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Project Boundary seeks to bring FPS action into space, too. In addition, developer Studio Surgical Scalpels attended this year’s ChinaJoy 2016 PlayStation China Conference to promote the game. As of now, Project Boundary is set to come out for PS4, and will support PS VR.

Based in Guangdong Province of China, the developers attended an event where they covered their astronaut-like space soldier game. Wielding space-material plated weapons, with attached iron sights, and other customizable parts, the game looks quite interesting in the screenshots they posted up.

I think that I should mention something though, I don’t know what you are really doing in this game. I’m assuming the game revolves around the old system of civilization battling the new space era? Due to the bad Engrish (English, for those that don’t get the joke) it’s hard to tell what you are doing in this game.

I do know that it is a multiplayer-based game running on the Unreal Engine 4, which seems pretty cool. But, if you want an ideal of what Project Boundary is about, the official description lies below:

“Project Boundary(PB) is a multi-player-first-person-shooter game project that focus on describing astronomical tactical experience of the near future. Player play as armed astronauts , fight zero-gravity battles in space and execute low-gravity operations on planetary stations.”

As noted above, the game will support PS VR. This means you will be able to experience every aspect of motion sickness possible when playing this game, unless, of course, you choose not to.

Moreover, it’s worth noting that this old demo trailer does not reflect the current product, and is undergoing changes as the team works on the game. For more information on Project Boundary, you can watch the 2015 trailer below by SurgicalScalpels‘ YouTube channel, or you can head on over to
