Hyper Light Drifter is loaded up with a bunch of secrets, hidden items and other key valuable things. If you are looking for each hidden or secret item in the northern zone you will find that it will consume a lot of time. With that said, you can find every hidden item in the northern zone of Heart Machine’s Hyper Light Drifter in this guide.
In total, there are 45 coins plus 2 behind the 10 key door, eight Modules, four Monoliths, four keys, one gun and one equipment set. Thanks to YouTuber Tterraj42, folks will be able to find all the aforesaid in his newest video, and will be able to speed through which ever segment they are stuck on.

Something worth noting, all of this pertains to the Northern Zone of Hyper Light Drifter and not the Eastern Zone. So it’s best to do this one first and then do the Eastern Zone last if you haven’t found all of the secret or hidden items.
