Fallout 4’s latest DLC, Nuka World, has a weapon in it that has some players scratching their heads. This weapon is known as the Western Revolver, and in this guide folks will learn about something that other wastelanders missed. Fallout 4 is out now for PS4, PC and Xbox One.
Although this weapon is another re-skin of an older weapon, a lot of people are stumped on trying to get it, as well as the Legendary version of the Western Revolver. However, there is one method that might help ensure getting a Legendary Western Revolver.
Before we look into the Legendary Western Revolver, let’s take a look at the common version and how to get it. One method in finding the revolver is by heading to Mad Mulligan’s Minecart Coaster and searching for Terry Tanaka (who’s dead in a corner). The next method is by taking up One-Eyed Ike’s quest “High Noon at the Gulch” to receive the Western Revolver.
This is evident in the video below by Camelworks.
Yes, you heard him right that “there’s no Legendary” version of this weapon. Well, actually, that’s a mishap that he corrected in the video’s comment section. You can actually get a Legendary Western Revolver by either fighting a bunch of Legendary enemies, or by doing a semi-glitch to spawn more Legendaries.
An old video by DemonAsylum shows how to spawn Legendary enemies easily, which revolves around the Syringer rifle with Bloatfly Larva Syringe ammo.
The above is not a guarantee to spawn Legendary enemies with the Western Revolver, but it does heighten the chance of enemies dropping the rare variant. Obviously this will take some time before getting the Legendary version, unless you are fine with the normal Western Revolver.
Currently, both Fallout 4 and its DLC Nuka World are out now for PS4, PC and Xbox One.
