NVYVE Studios seems to want fans to stay up to date with P.A.M.E.L.A., and it seems with the dev’s weekly blog update they are doing a pretty good job with keeping fans in the know with the development of the game. In the latest update the devs cover building items and how security guards will behave, and then some.
The devs at NVYVE Studios like updating their fans and backers weekly on what’s going on at the studio so that fans know what is going behind the scenes with P.A.M.E.L.A. In this update post we learn more about buildable items, security guards and much more.
The first things covered in the blog are the craftable items which consist of the Solar Accumulator and the Water Condenser. The first recharges Ion Cores, while the second acts like a moister extractor for collecting water to fill your canteens. These items are said to be essential to your attempt at surviving.
As for the next thing detailed in the blog update is the enemy AI. The functioning security robots, the Seekers and Observers, will try to arrest you if you are caught breaking the laws of Eden, this will lead to the AI going full “Pacification Mode” if you are caught doing things against the law.
The blog post also dives into the new radial menu that has been completely revamped. This was done so that it is easier to read the menu, and now allows you to select where you want to spawn — if you’ve unlocked the area you are trying to reach.
Lastly, it is noted that the VISR is completed. These stand to be different UI’s that you can find around places that you can equip, and once equipped you will be able to read additional info about certain things depending on the VISR you have equipped.
P.A.M.E.L.A. is currently set to be for PC, and will hit Steam Early Access when it becomes available. For additional info on this game you can go to its main site, or you can view the full update post by reading Dev Blog 54.
