The one and only derpy Xur is back, and this time he has an exotic inventory that newcomers should check out since it’s not all that bad. Bungie’s Destiny is out now for Xbox 360, PS3, Xbox One and PS4.
If the derpy man himself, or whatever the dark thing is suppose to be, has your weekly attention you will be able to find him in his same exact hiding spot, the corner. Upon going to the Reef and going to the locked door where he always takes up shop, you’ll be able to barter with him.
This time around his inventory includes the Titan helmet Empyrean Bellicose, the Hunter helmet Knucklehead Radar and the Warlock gauntlets Nothing Manacles. Only two of the three items are good for newcomers, which consists of the the Hunter helmet Knucklehead Radar and the Warlock gauntlets Nothing Manacles.
As for the Exotic Weapon he holds this week comes the Truth rocket launcher. Although there are better rocket launchers out there, it is said by the devs that the Truth will see a buff. If you want to use it you are more than welcome to knock yourself out, but there are better choices out there when talking rocket propelled projectiles.
If that wasn’t enough, a video by Mesa Sean has a visual guide that shows Xur’s inventory for March 10th, 2017.
A bulleted list that shows the pricing of each exotic item and weapon sits below:
- (Titan Helmet) Empyrean Bellicose – 13 Strange Coins
- (Hunter Helmet) Knucklehead Radar – 13 Strange Coins
- (Warlock Gauntlets) Nothing Manacles – 13 Strange Coins
- (Rocket Launcher) Truth – 17 Strange Coins
- (Legacy Engram) Chest Piece – 29 Strange Coins.
The part that most people look forward to, TL;DR. Skip all that trash or fluff and go straight for the the Hunter helmet Knucklehead Radar or the Warlock gauntlets Nothing Manacles. Optional choices consists of Heavy Ammo Synths and Three of Coins.
