According to a cool trick that was shown in an IGN glitch video for The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild, You can use an exploit to get an unlimited supply of arrows for free in a rather short amount of time.

If you like using the bow and arrow in The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The Wild but you are also short on cash, buying additional arrows can get pretty expensive since they cost about 20 rupees for a stack of about 5 arrows, and once you run out of arrows in your quiver you have to start the struggle of buying more to replace what you lost.

All you have to do is look down at the ground and move the camera overhead so that you’re looking down at Link’s head, the passing enemy archers on horseback will ride by you and all the arrows they fire at you will hit the ground around you without actually harming you. You then simply collect as many arrows as you want, then go on your merry way. Take a look at the below video to see how it works.

The video also mentions that the Hyrule Ridge is a great place to try this, but it should work for any open field with archers on horseback, such as the Hebra snowfields or the Faron Grasslands. last but not least, there can only be about 10 arrows on the ground at a time before they start to disappear, so you’ll have to quickly pick them up as you go along.
