Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles Trailer Dives Into The Gameplay

A new trailer was released for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles, this time focusing on the actual gameplay instead of the flyby cinematic that made up the content for the majority of the last trailer.

The new gameplay trailer is conveniently two and a half minutes long, typical to most other trailers recently released. You can check it out below.

The trailer does a quick overview of the plot and then 25 seconds later they start showcasing the zombies popping up and the first-person player models popping off rounds like popcorn at a theater.

The funny thing about it is that the action in the trailer is set to a down-tempo, orchestrated remix version of “I Ran” from The Seagulls, which became famous again for that unforgettable TV trailer spot for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I don’t know if it really fits Call of Duty, but it definitely fits the theme of running away from zombies.

The trailer gives gamers a look at how Treyarch has managed to remaster the old levels, pack in way more zombies on the screen than ever before, and how the different perks, the traps, the guns, and the buffs can be used throughout each of the maps to take down the seemingly infinite supply of zombies.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Zombies Chronicles pack comes with eight fully remastered maps from Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and of course you’ll be able to play through the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 maps already in the game.

You can look to get your hands on the $30 bundle pack starting May 16th on the PS4 next week. The Xbox One and PC will also receive the bundle pack at a later date, presumably before the month is out, and hopefully for no more than what the PS4 version costs.
