Cyberpunk 2077 Rumored To Have Social Hubs And Mini-Games

A new rumor has been posted up that details CD Projekt Red’s upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 RPG to have social hubs and mini-games integrated. There’s no telling whether this feature will make it in the game, but if the Witcher’s GWENT is any indication we just might see social hubs and mini-games in the Sci-Fi RPG.

Notice: None of this information about social hubs or mini-games has been confirmed by CD Prtojekt Red and should be taken with a grain of salt given that it is just a rumor billed as a “leak” of said devs’ upcoming cyberpunk-themed RPG.

Recently, eager fans looking for information circulating around Cyberpunk 2077 will find that a new rumor about social hubs and mini-games has popped up. The features will allegedly be in Cyberpunk 2077 according to GameRant, who picked up the info via The Triple S League.

The information reads that CD Projekt Red is currently working to implement these features in the game that will allow players to interact with one another.

If you don’t know, Cyberpunk 2077 has been noted by CDPR on several occasions to feature multiplayer, which has been described as seamless by the developer. According to the publication site who picked up on The Triple S League’s info on social hubs, the feature will be:

“The most important bridge between forever alone single player version and the multiplayer version of the game”.

The publication site also draws from the rumor that the social hubs in Cyberpunk 2077 will mostly be found in bars where other activities will be present. Some of these activities will include mini-games, which CDPR is expected to take to another level.

There’s no telling whether there will be a social hub in Cyberpunk 2077 that features mini-games, but what is for certain is that CDPR is working on several aspects of the game, including the combat system.

Lastly, would you prefer if CDPR made Cyberpunk 2077 a pure single player experience or do you think that the game will benefit having multiplayer functions?
