Mentally unstable people have been given large media platforms, and they’ve been using it to destroy people’s lives, spread fake news, and brandish people with labels based on misinformation in order to sow discord and moil anguish among the populace for the sole purpose of destroying Western culture. Well, the latest furor has centered around actor Chris Pratt wearing an American flag t-shirt. Yes, just wearing a t-shirt supporting your country is enough to get the nuts on the Left to go crazy and start accusing you of being part of the “Alt-Right”.
It started with a tweet from Hunter Harris from Vulture Magazine on July 15th, 2019.

Even though the context is pretty much nil, other than showing Pratt in a t-shirt with the American flag on it and a snake that says “Don’t tread on me”, this managed to rile up certain anti-American people on Twitter who are apparently mentally unwell.
Harris’ tweet was then followed by more Leftists jumping in to condemn America, the American flag, and Hollywood actor Chris Pratt.
Unfollowed already. Haven’t liked him since Parks & Rec anyhow, and I can easily cancel him in that too. @prattprattpratt hope those bigots pay you a good pay check. Bye girl. https://t.co/2yuS7IZmtu

Andy Dwyer would never wear a shirt emblazoned with a white supremacist dogwhistle. Chris Pratt is unequivocally the worst Chris. https://t.co/NHjUfKdhPA

There was even an article from Yahoo about Pratt’s shirt.
Now the article opens with Yahoo explaining that Pratt is wearing a t-shirt with the Gardsden flag on it, which was originally made by Christopher Gadsden from the Continental Army. They even acknowledge that the flag was an instrumental symbol of freedom during the Revolutionary War that eventually led to America’s independence from Great Britain back in the 18th century.
Yet, Yahoo makes a huge leap in claiming that the flag has some loose connection to racism, writing…
“Although it is one of the symbols and flags used by the U.S. Men’s Soccer Team, Metallica, as well as some libertarian groups, over the years the flag has been adopted by Far Right political groups like the Tea Party, as well as gun-toting supporters of the Second Amendment.
“It has therefore become a symbol of more conservative and far right individuals and, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission of the US, it also is “sometimes interpreted to convey racially-tinged messages in some contexts.”
So now wanting to defend yourself via the 2nd Amendment is bad? Enjoying freedom from foreign oppressors is bad? Wearing symbols that acknowledge these tenets of a sovereign society is indicative of something bad? What “racially-tinged messages” are they even talking about?
This kind of treasonous messaging from the media has been poisoning the general public for years now.
So far nothing has been done about the media’s attempt to subvert American society and destroy Western culture.
Nevertheless, at least websites like Society Reviews was quick to point out that not everyone on places like Twitter is mentally unhinged, attacking the very freedoms they’ve been afforded to make the very treasonous comments that have netted them a space on some websites.
Comedian Steven Crowder was quick to lambaste Yahoo for the ridiculous coverage.
This is next level stupid: People calling Chris Pratt a white supremacist for wearing a shirt with the Gadsden flag on it.@YahooNews should be ashamed for even running this. pic.twitter.com/rq8Rt1xPuq

Donald Trump’s Presidential rapid response campaign director, Andrew Clark, also came to Pratt’s aid, publicly stating that the Gadsden flag is not a symbol of hate.
The Don’t Tread On Me Gadsden flag is not a hate symbol.
Full stop.
Don’t tread on me. https://t.co/BzU3hzHWQL

Associate editor at the Daily Caller, Virginia Kruta, made it known that the t-shirt and the flag are “not racist”, and that they represent an idea of unity that means it’s a force not to be trifled with.
No, rage mob, you cannot have @prattprattpratt and his Gadsden flag shirt.
It’s not racist.
The snake was cut into 13 pieces to mirror 13 colonies. Apart, those pieces were powerless — together, they were a force to be reckoned with.https://t.co/v9wjBHivif

Given that some of the sharks have already tasted the proverbial blood in the water, expect more hit-pieces to surface against Chris Pratt for being patriotic. So far he hasn’t made any comments about this ridiculous misrepresentation of his article of clothing, but I can’t help but recall his pre-controversy apology that he issued back in May of 2015, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter, where he tailor made an apology for whatever perceived misdeed that the general public would attempt to lay at his feet, where he wrote in a Facebook post
If the media keeps brandishing their whip of wrongthink, Pratt might have to whip out that old Facebook apology once more. However, it would be really cool if he just told all the crazies to go suck an egg and move to China if they want to be Communists so bad. I, for one, think that’s a very reasonable solution.
