If you were to ask me what is peak Trump Derangement syndrome, you’d probably expect an answer like “The impeachment trial,” or “something something Commie News Network.” Those are pretty solid answers in their own right, but too complex a manifestation of the mental illness. No peak Trump Derangement Syndrome is where you have Trump Tweet a meme of himself as Rocky from Rocky 3 and everyone loses their minds over nothing!

There is no 5d hyper Illuminati Chess going on here. Trump likely found a meme picture he liked, enjoyed it, so he decided to share it on social media to brighten his and his followers day. As a result the media has entered a mental breakdown that makes Alex Jone’s most insane moment seem complete rational and normal.
I’ve legitimately never seen someone live so rent free in so many people’s heads before Trump. For crying out loud it’s just a picture. Yet it is generating headlines like: Trump tweets out doctored photo of his head on Rocky Balboa’s body where the New York Post has to explain that picture is fake and they’ve reached out to the Whitehouse for comment. Before finding a way to spin it back about Donald Trump’s health following a hospital visit earlier in the week.
Trump said about the incident, “They said he went into the hospital. And it’s true, I didn’t wear a tie. Why would I wear a tie? If the first thing they do is say, ‘Take off your shirt, sir, and show us that gorgeous chest. We’ve never seen a chest quite like it.”
The Daily Beast put up this gem with the sub header “Pity the Fool.” Trump has them ranting about him tweeting a picture that the daily beast had to clarify was photoshopped, but Trump’s the fool.
The Daily News goes on a tirade about how Trump is overweight, unhealthy, cheats at gulf, before whining Trump serves fast food to athletes that go to see him at the Whitehouse. I mean we get it you hate Trump and your life is so posh this is the worst thing that could happen to you.
The Guardian gave us this gem in a long winded viler rendition of the Daily News editorial.
“Could this photo be the ultimate, most real-to-life version of the expectation versus reality meme? Trump, a man born into wealth who became a billion-dollar loser, who eats McDonald’s for breakfast and weighs 243lb (all muscle, of course), comparing himself to a self-made man, born in poverty who rose up against the odds, washboard abs and all. It’s almost too good.”
That’s rather ironic coming from a group of upper class elitists who constantly snub their noses at people at such a rate it is a miracle they don’t have chronic neck pain.
Where the media begins to disappoint as they descend into tirades that begin begin to just echo each other in a contest of who can hate Orange Man the most, twitter doesn’t fail to disappoint to serve as a lol cow.

Trumps supporters being more adept at meme warfare were quick to retaliate with their own volley.

What’s purely amazing is that all his detractors don’t understand as they call Trump sad is all he did was share a picture and ruined their day. An action that took less than a minute just nuked people’s entire day, got the media into a tizzy, and once again rallied his support base. You know what, I take it back. Definitely 5th Dimensional Illuminati Chess at play here. Imagine the chaos that’s going to happen when they discover the Pence memes.
