Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Wire Event To Go Live On June 11th, 2020

CD Projekt Red is looking to drop a Cyberpunk 2077 event on June 11th, 2020. The event in question will focus on showing “stuff” and “content” in the forthcoming RPG, which the game itself is set to make its world debut across PC and home consoles this year on September 17th.

Whether this game has you excited or not, it looks like CD Projekt Red is going to be hosting its own event according to a couple of public tweets.

The first tweet in question features the words “Get Ready!” accompanied by a TV — hinting that this newly announced session is a digital event. Anyway, you can check out the tweet right here:

The second tweet from Marcin Momot — global community lead at CD Projekt Red — drives home that this “Night City Wire” thing is a digital event since it will act as a platform to show “stuff.” It’s unclear what will be shown during the Night City Wire session, but don’t be shocked if it will be in-game footage or artwork that likely contains content from CD Projekt Red’s Diversity Charter program:

With that said, there’s nothing else to draw from the above tweets. This means we don’t know what kind of content will surface during the event, we don’t know how long this event will last, and we don’t even know what time this event will take place.

On the topic of CD Projekt Red and Cyberpunk 2077, the game will also appear at IGN’s upcoming Summer of Gaming event, which the summer digital event will kick-off sometime in June and will showcase new previews while detailing upcoming games.

Last but not least, Cyberpunk 2077 is currently set to release worldwide on September 17th, 2020, for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia.
