IO Interactive is gearing up to release Hitman 3 in January 2021. Although the game has no specific release date and is many months away, it’s slated to release across PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X. However, the former platform will be restricted to being an Epic Games Store timed exclusive next year and its specs for said client have surfaced.
If you don’t know, IO Interactive is both the publisher and developer over Hitman 3, which means the company agreed to the stealth game being an Epic Games Store timed exclusive. Whether or not that irks you, know that the official specs are up for your viewing pleasure via epicgames.com.
With that said, the Epic Games Store shows the following specs for Hitman 3:
Minimum PC Specs:
- Windows OS: 64-bit Windows 10
- Windows Processor: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz / AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940
- Windows Memory: 8GB of RAM
- Windows Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / Radeon HD 7870
- Windows DirectX: Version 12
- Windows Storage: 80GB
It’s worth noting that some companies like to put “Windows 10” as the required OS, but contrary to that, Apex Legends (which on launch day showed that players needed Windows 10 to run the game) supported other OS types.
Anyway, you can check out the recommended specs for the game in question right here:
Recommended PC Specs:
- Windows OS: 64-bit Windows 10
- Windows Processor: Intel CPU Core i7 4790 4 GHz
- Windows Memory: 16GB of RAM
- Windows Graphics: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 1070 / AMD GPU Radeon RX Vega 56 8GB
- Windows DirectX: Version 12
- Windows Storage: 80GB
All in all, you’ll need more than 8GB of RAM and 80GB of free space to play this game sometime early next year.
As noted above, Hitman 3 will release during January 2021 for PC via the Epic Games Store, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X. As for Steam goers, the game will launch for said client sometime in 2022.
