People Can Fly Is Working On A New “Groundbreaking” Adventure Game, As Per Report

In recent news, People Can Fly has announced the development of a new blockbuster game. In fact, this new title will be an “original” triple-A title that will be helmed by the studios New York branch and Roland Lesterlin and David Grijns.

Firstly, if you have no idea what People Can Fly has produced or seeded to the world in the landscape that we call the games industry, know that the company is behind titles such as Painkiller, Gears of War 1-3, Bulletstorm, Fortnite: Save the World, and Outriders.

Although the company may have co-developed some of the abovementioned titles, website videogameschronicle.com notes that this new game will have help from People Can Fly’s Warsaw, Rzeszow, and Newcastle studios.

Of course, since the new blockbuster game by People Can Fly will likely debut in the next two or three years, it’s confirmed that it will release across next-gen platforms. Additionally, this means that folks looking forward to gaming on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X will be covered.

It’s also worth noting that this new game will be developed for streaming services too, which means something like Google Stadia will be one of the many platforms that you can play this new game on.

Moreover, Lesterlin will take his past experience from Avalanche Studios (New York branch) when serving as Just Cause 3’s director and will help propel People Can Fly to new heights moving into the next-generation of gaming:

“It’s rare to ever get the chance to work on an original AAA game in today’s world, never mind being part of the origination process. We’re looking for brilliant and curious people to help us shape the vision of this incredible new world we’re building.”

Not too long ago, People Can Fly announced that it has surpassed 250 staff members and is excited to announce the next chapter in its future. However, in the meantime, the studio is set to release Outriders with the help of Square Enix across PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series X this December.
