Rare Opens Sea Of Thieves Suggestions And Feedback Forum

A lot of people have a lot of suggestions and feedback for Microsoft Studios and Rare’s Sea of Thieves. The game has faced both positive and negative feedback, which prompted the devs to create a “Suggestions and Feedback” section on Sea of Thieves‘ forum board.

If you don’t know, publisher Microsoft Studios and developer Rare released Sea of Thieves to gamers on PC and Xbox One on March 20th. The game garnered mixed reactions from people during its launch and post-launch days, which seems to have sparked a new move by the devs.

This move sees a new section on the game’s forum called “Suggestions and Feedback.” As the name suggests, folks will have the opportunity to stress their concerns, frustration, and admiration directly to the devs via this forum board.

You can read the announcement made by Rare below.

Although this move of a “Suggestions and Feedback” forum should have been out at launch, the team is just getting around to it a few weeks after the game’s debut.

It’ll be interesting to see how effective this forum will be in the long run, and if reasonable and helpful ideas pitched to the team will be implemented in the game or not? Sadly, only time will tell how things will unfold in the future and if this initiative will bring noteworthy content to the game.

The latest news from the team on seaofthieves.com addressed various issues and fixes, attempting to make the game more enjoyable. The post also features the following information about Sea of Thieves:

“We hear and understand that people are keen to understand what our plans are for updating Sea of Thieves, beyond the top experience fixes. We are currently in the midst of adjusting our roadmap based on feedback we have received since launch, with a ton of planning meetings continuing through this week. We plan to release a video next week updating everyone on how we plan to evolve Sea of Thieves moving forward. We totally understand that people want to see this ASAP, but the critical thing here is to have the right plan that allows Sea of Thieves to grow in the right way.”

With all of that said, what’s your thoughts on Sea of Thieves? Also, do you believe the forum suggestion section will help the game or no?
