Leaked Documents Reveals Amazon Pushes for Diversity to Prevent Unionization

For awhile we have discussed how companies use political correctness to mask the fact they are receiving tax credits to not hire white men. Work Opportunity Tax Credits as they are called rewards discriminatory hiring practices by offsetting the production shortfalls in hiring unqualified workers to fill critical roles previously occupied by white men.

That is neither hyperbole nor a mischaracterization of what Work Opportunity Tax Credits are. One only needs to look at the description on the IRS’s website to confirm as much.

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a Federal tax credit available to employers for hiring individuals from certain targeted groups who have consistently faced significant barriers to employment.

WOTC joins other workforce programs that incentivize workplace diversity and facilitate access to good jobs for American workers.

Presuming their motivations were purely built on greed was underselling their intellectual capacity and selling them short in general. As a recently leaked internal document from Amazon reveals, as covered by Business Insider, companies are using sophisticated not just tracking systems and metrics to gauge then offset the risk of unionization, but also diversity hiring practices as well.

Whole Foods is keeping an eye on stores at risk of unionizing through an interactive heat map, according to five people with knowledge of the matter and internal documents viewed by Business Insider.

The heat map is powered by an elaborate scoring system, which assigns a rating to each of Whole Foods’ 510 stores based on the likelihood that their employees might form or join a union.

The stores’ individual risk scores are calculated from more than two dozen metrics, including employee “loyalty,” turnover, and racial diversity; “tipline” calls to human resources; proximity to a union office; and violations recorded by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

The map also tracks local economic and demographic factors such as the unemployment rate in a store’s location and the percentage of families in the area living below the poverty line.

The stores’ scores on each metric are fed into the heat map, which is a geographic illustration of the United States peppered with red spots to indicate high-risk Whole Foods stores.

“The Team Member Relations Heatmap is designed to identify stores at risk of unionization. This early identification enables resources to be funneled to the highest need locations, with the goal of mitigating risk by addressing challenges early before they become problematic.”

This is important to take note of. Especially for Centrists and Social Justice Warriors. Jeff Bezos is a well-connected billionaire who rubs noses with some of the most affluent people and democratic politicians. Said belief that diversity is useful in hindering the masses from working against them is not exclusive to him. Though honestly, it should have been obvious that the millionaire democrats and their backers in finance and high society would never fund their own downfall.

This belief of theirs, how diversity is a weakness has been scientifically proven in a Danish and US study. Both having concluded diversity is far from a strength. Instead, it is a weakness that undermines social cohesion while drives people towards globalism and away from advancing their common destiny. Don’t take my word on diversity is a weakness.

Previous studies from the US and Denmark have found that diversity causes a loss of social trust, or the ability of people to interact freely and with an expectation of fair treatment. This follows many years of research indicating that diversity and community are incompatible.

“New evidence from the US suggests that in ethnically diverse neighbourhoods residents of all races tend to ‘hunker down’. Trust (even of one’s own race) is lower, altruism and community cooperation rarer, friends fewer.”

“The findings showed that the more people consider themselves to adhere to the values of globalization, consumerism, and individualism, and the more they regard themselves as ‘citizens of the world’ exposed to globalization, the less likely they are to contribute to public goods and the more likely they are to seek to be ‘free riders’ on the contributions of others.”

Diversity is not a strength, it is a weakness that undermines the groups that are subjected to it for the benefit of those sitting on top. Sure various groups may enjoy the benefits said ruling elite toss down to them as they push this agenda along, but once they no longer need to bribe and manipulate everyone you will find yourself in a Neo Feudal Civilization working just to live for various corporations who will fund your slavery. Not out of malice, but out of a sense of self-interest and that is the reality of the situation.
