With Blizzcon only a few weeks away any news no matter how sketch teasing potential huge releases should be massive. Yet right now what we’re seeing from leaks originating likely from a Blizzard desperate for any news that doesn’t involve their human rights abuses, Chinese involvement, or congress is at best a mild interest from die hard fans couple with an indifference from the wider audience.
Long rumored in development after investors reportedly flipped out over Blizzard’s phone game announcement and a lack of a proper Diablo title in development Diablo 4 received two independent leaks. In an “accidental advertisement” it was let slip Diablo 4 was in development. Since corrected the initial description read:
“Featuring over 500 artworks from Diablo, Diablo II, Diablo III and Diablo IV, this book features many noteworthy artworks created for Blizzard Entertainment’s iconic action RPG, which has given generations of fans everlasting nightmares.”
A second leak dropped around the same time from a twitter user named Metro who has had a reliable track record of Blizzard related leaks. In addition to the development of Diablo 4, which will be announced at Blizzcon there will be the announcement of Diablo 4. No other details were provided on title by Metro, but this is likely attributable to the game being in early development.
For anyone who cares, diablo 4 and diablo 2 remastered will also be announced. 🙂 #BlizzCon2019

The cinematic will feature alot of heroes, main ones being mei, tracer and winston with young genji appearing. Overwatch logo will appear, then the 2 is gonna be added at the very end. Crowd goes wild, Jeff gets on stage. (dont actually know about when Jeff will show up)

Metro has also leaked the coming announcement of Overwatch 2 , which he insists will not be an expansion, but will be a fully fledged sequel with a strong PVE/PVP focus. Further no new characters will be released for the original game as all resources are being dedicated to the development of Overwatch 2.
Overwatch 2 will be PvE AND PvP.

For those clamoring for early details the title will feature a new leveling system that will impact the way your heroes play. With more levels your hero’s abilities will change, though Metro was unsure if this only applied to PVE or if it also applied to PVP. These ability upgrades appear to be minor with the example of Tracer’s pulse bomb developing stickiness at higher levels allowing it to stick onto other players.
Its worth noting how little buzz these leaks have gotten. Both have a certain degree of validity that puts them into the realm of potentially true, and yet the reaction from the community is mediocre. All pointing to the terrible truth that players are indeed largely done with Blizzard after their alliance with China.
