If you’ve been a big fan of Dying Light Weapon cheating and exploiting in Dying Light then you’ll be pleased to know that there’s another glitch that can be exploited in patch 1.05 for home consoles. This comes after a lot of gamers had problems using the previous 1.03 and 1.05 weapon glitches for the PS4 and Xbox One that involved the little dingy.

YouTuber Brian S put together a very quick and dirty video that’s just barely over two minutes showcasing how you can duplicate infinite Dying Light Weapon in the game and make unlimited amounts of money or cash in the process.

So in case you missed it or had the volume turned down low. You’ll want to head back to the pier where you perform the dingy glitch. If you can’t get the umbrella glitch to work from patch 1.03, don’t sweat it. All you’ll need is a grappling hook. As showcased in the video, you’ll need to use your grappling hook to partially scale up the side of the pillar and then move around to the other side of the pillar and proceed to grapple toward the railing. Just as the video shows, the weapon you currently have equipped will be duplicated.

It’s just that easy.

The glitch works well enough for Dying Light on the PS4 and Xbox One, according to the people who have used it. Of course, some people are also saying that the glitch from patch 1.03 is still viable if you have the grappling hook, but just to play it on the safe side this extra weapon duplication exploit is ripe and handy for all your infinite money needs. Just duplicate the weapon of your choice and keep on selling it to make some extra coin.

Now, Techland did make it where duplicated weapons fade pretty quickly; so, as Brian mentions in the video you’ll need to act quick and pick up the Dying Light Weapon before they fade.

And just like that, you’ll have an inventory full of whatever weapon you’ve duplicated.

Now, there is a bit of a caveat for projectile-based weapons. When attempting to duplicate guns, you’ll only be able to duplicate one at a time otherwise you’ll keep getting zip-corded up to the railing. So take it slow and steady if you want to duplicate your guns. It’s also kind of janky involving the ammo clips, which appear to not make it through the duplication wormhole.

Dying Light is available right now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The PC version recently had the mod tools made available so you won’t have to rely on duplication glitches to make infinite weapons.
