How To Get The Salvaged Assaultron Head And Mr Handy Buzzsaw In Fallout 4

The latest Automatron DLC for Fallout 4 brings some new weapons to the game, which adds more variety to your character build and clearing enemies across the wasteland. One quest in particular grants the Salvaged Assaultron Head and the Mr. Handy Buzzsaw for PC, PS4 and Xbox One players.

The quest that leads to the Salvaged Assaultron Head will take you near the same location as the Mr. Handy Buzzsaw weapon, which can be found on the new Fallout 4 DLC — Automatron. You will need to complete the Mechanical Menace quest that will follow into the Headhunting quest. This will take you to Fort Hagen where you will need to face Ivy.

After defeating Ivy and taking the Tesla Power Armor from her, and getting the Tesla Rifle, if you head over to a security door (in the room with Ivy) you should see another room that keeps going back. Follow this path until you make it to a big fence with an open door leading to a Steamer Trunk. Inside the Steamer Trunk holds both the Salvaged Assaultron Head and the Mr. Handy Buzzsaw.

You will also notice that there are some bottle caps along with an Assaulton Blade, which is a better weapon for those early or midway into the game.

The video by FudgeMuppet reveals the location for the weapon and stats for the Salvaged Assaultron Head, which has a big drawback. The drawback is that it gives the user RAD or doses of radiations when firing it. So it’s best to where a RAD suit or something to combat the radiation.

The Mr. Handy Buzzsaw doesn’t come with a drawback like the Assaultron Head, but it is a better melee weapon if held than swinging at an opponent. This makes for a better stun and hold weapon (especially with electricity) when battling one or two enemies at a time.

The latest Fallout 4 DLC is available right now for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The Automatron DLC will be followed up with a few more expansions due out throughout 2016. The modding tools are expected to be made available in April, in which case we should see some very interesting new mods and content made for Bethesda’s post-apocalyptic open-world action game.
