Fallout 4’s Far Harbor DLC Launch Date Revealed In New Trailer

While eager fans wait for official mod support that’s currently in Open Beta for PC users, Bethesda teased gamers with a brand new video trailer showing off some of the things players can expect from the upcoming Far Harbor DLC. Moreover, the release date was also revealed and it’s due out May 19th. Fallout 4 is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

If you are waiting for the mod support tool or Creation Kit to finish its Open Beta segment for PC, and to go live for both consoles and PC, you will need to wait later this month if you are on Xbox One, and sometime during June if you are on PS4.

In the meantime, players will gain access to the hidden far shores of Maine in the upcoming May 19th DLC, entitled Far Harbor. From the new trailer, folks will be discovering new landscapes and solving new mysterious, which is no surprise.

For gun fanatics, the trailer seemingly reveals a new weapon with different parts. It still looks like a garage-made gun, but nonetheless it’s something new.

To be fair, this DLC looks far more pleasing than the shallow Wasteland Workshop DLC, if you want to call the latter DLC. With that said, at least this upcoming update seems pretty meaty when it comes to content, so I hope.

If you want to check out the minute long trailer, which shows off the latest content and a messed up Synth, you can view it below.

I’m sure when the DLC drops it will be riddled with the common doses of major glitches, with people like Hey I’m Starlord or Demon Asylum teaches those in need of whatever it is in “how to” videos. But, it should also help with making the adventure a lot more interesting.

If you are excited for Fallout 4‘s upcoming update, Far Harbor will drop on May 19th, this year, for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
