It seems like it’s been a while since some information regarding Tales of Berseria dropped, which leads us to three new videos showing off gameplay thanks to Gematsu. The videos and information comes from three editors of gaming magazines that consist of Dengeki, Famitsu and Viva Tales of.
Each video runs for about six minutes or more, and dives into the game to show whatever the editor is relaying. This spans across the three videos, which respectively feature Yoshimichi Nishioka, Katsuhiko Hayashi, and Shusuke Tojima.
Western fans of Tales of games and the upcoming Berseria entry will have to wait early next year to try the game out, which is a long wait. To ease the waiting process folks can check out each of the three videos until some more info about the game surfaces to fill the gap. All three come in courtesy of Bandai Namco‘s YouTube channel.
The videos provide a nice look at the exploration that will be in the game, ranging from climbing to opening up treasure chests across open fields. Other features showcased contain battle sequences and the options menu. They also offer up a look at the team that will be in Berseria and how they fair in battle and what key roles they play throughout.
Tales of Berseria is set to hit the PS3 and PS4 on August 18th, 2016, for Japan, and will arrive to the west sometime early next year for PC and PS4.
