Bethesda just updated Fallout 4 and added more names to the base game. This currently affects Codsworth, who can now say 300 more names than before. In addition, the game will also see its last DLC in the form of Nuka World. Fallout 4 is out now for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
If you find joy in your English robot spinning around calling you silly names in Fallout 4, well, I’m sure even more laughably ridiculous names entered onto the list with the addition of 300 more entries being added to Codsworth’s verbiage. I’m not sure how many unusual names made the list, but I’m sure you can find a data mined list somewhere listing all 300 names to look over.
It’s worth noting that the devs did add normal or common names to the list if you feel like there weren’t enough in the game. However, if that’s not so pleasing, Bethesda announced that they will release one big final DLC pack for wastelanders to roam around. This information comes from Bethesda’s Pete Hines, who answered a question on his Twitter feed as seen below.
last one

I don’t know if the new DLC will be shallow like all of the Wasteland Workshop DLCs, but I’m thinking that this one might be around the same size as the Far Harbor DLC seeing how it will be the last downloadable content in the game’s series. It’s also worth noting that just because it’s the last DLC doesn’t mean that it will be a good implementation, and will probably hold its bevy amount of glitches while leaning on modders to help it out some.
The Nuka World DLC is set to come out sometime next month during August, which will arrive after the PS4 receives modding support on August 2nd. Although this will be the last DLC, folks will still have access to all the greatness of modding until the Nuka World DLC drops. Fallout 4 is out now for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
