Farming Simulator 17’s New Trailer Shows Towns, Trains And Farming

Prepping for Gamescon, Focus Home Interactive and Giants Software released a new Gamescon trailer showing off towns, trains and farming in a new video for Farming Simulator 17. The 2017 edition of Farming Simulator is set to come out this year and will hit PC, PS4 and Xbox One on October 24th.

Farming Simulator games, Bus Simulator games and even Truck Simulators hold a very special place in the hearts and minds of an extremely dedicated community. One wouldn’t think that these kind of games sell well but they do. Talking to some of the players that find catharsis in them, they seem to like the gameplay, mechanics, and of course the mods.

Speaking of mods, it’s palpable and clear to see that fans are dying to mod games like Farming Simulator 17. With that said, the devs will release full mod support for the game, just like how Bethesda released their mod support across PC, PS4 and Xbox One for Fallout 4. Not being too far off, Focus Home Interactive will release mod support across said platforms sometime after the game’s official release, as noted on the devs official website.

Aside from that news, the devs just released a new trailer that dives a little deeper into the aggregating and cultivating world of farmers, which takes viewers on a minor tour around town to view houses, trains and other farming tools.

You can check out the new trailer below, which comes in thanks to Focus Home Interactive‘s YouTube channel.

I think i should detail something shown in the trailer, in case it slipped past your eyes, the train or railway system can transport your goods quicker in large quantities. This is ideal for covering long distances with supplies so that you can cut-corners quicker, as well as making efficient runs.
