Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link’s New Trailer Shows RPG Action

There’s a new game in the works that sees players roaming around an RPG adventure-like world. This game’s name is Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link, and comes from publisher Cygames and developer Platinum Games. You’re also in luck because the game sports a brand new trailer. As of now, the game has no release date or platform announcement yet.

That’s right, Cygames announced Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link, which stands as an RPG that is currently in development by Platinum Games. This information comes from a live-stream event today, and I’m sure more information regarding the project will come in soon.

I think I should also note that Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link is a game based on Cygames’ Granblue Fantasy mobile game. I’m not sure what platform the initial product will be released for, but like always, time will tell.

Furthermore, something that’s for a fact is that the game will feature a single player mode, thanks to the game’s new official website. Additionally, according to producer Koichi Haruta, the game is 10 percent done and is supposed to be “large-scale” on release.

The devs also noted that they want more characters in the game, too. Seeing how the game is only 10 percent done and how they seek to add more characters to make the experience even more grandeur, it could drop sometime next year seeing how it doesn’t even have a release date or designated platform release.

If you are curious as to how Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link looks, a video trailer that runs close to four minutes is now up. The video comes in by CygamesChannel, as seen below.

Something that does concern me about this game is that the devs disabled the comments, dislike and like buttons on YouTube for the video, which seems a little suspicious.

Anyways, the game will be produced by Cygames’ Koichi Haruta (as noted above), directed by Tetsuya Fukuhara, and will feature character design by Hideo Minaba. As for the music, Nobuo Uematsu and Tsutomu Narita will be behind the music for this game.
