Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade Set To Hit PC On September 23rd

Most folks on PC playing Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade through Steam Early Access have a mixed opinion on the game, which is evident by its review rating. Although the rating for Eternal Crusade doesn’t look so great at the moment, Bandai Namco and Games Workshop will release the game for PC on September 23rd. Xbox One and PS4 are set to get the game sometime in the future.

Although this particular game doesn’t look interesting to me, if you happen to find the game to be cool, a new launch trailer is now out that shows some in-game footage for Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade’s gameplay. The launch trailer covers large-scale battles and different factions for the “MMORPG”.

As of course, Eternal Crusade arrives with a brief description detailing the game’s overall premise and what players will be doing in the Warkhammer 40k universe:

“For the first time, join your favorite factions in the fiercest and most authentic Warhammer 40,000 battles ever realized in a shooting videogame. This is Early Access, focusing mainly on the core combat experience and does not contain the MMO elements yet. This is Alpha stage and we update frequently.”

Something worth noting, the game still looks a bit unpolished in several areas. But, I’m sure next month will confirm what the final product will be like on launch, assuming it doesn’t get delayed again.

With that said the new trailer that’s now up for folks to view comes from Bandai Namco‘s YouTube channel. Running for one minute and 40 seconds, you can check out the newly posted trailer below.

As of this writing the game is currently on Steam Early Access and is available for $39.99, if you choose to play Eternal Crusade. As for its official release for PC, the game is set to come out on September 23rd.

As for console versions, no official release date has been posted yet. But, you can learn more about Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade on eternalcrusade.com.
