60 Seconds! Atomic Adventure Arrives On iOS Devices Sept 22nd

One of the breakout sleeper hits of 2015 was 60 Seconds! Atomic Adventure when it launched by Robot Gentleman on Steam for PC. The game is now getting a mobile port, where players will be able to attempt to survive a nuclear holocaust as a simple family.

The game features two parts to the gameplay. The first part is about gathering up as many resources as possible from above ground. You’ll have 60 seconds to grab supplies, food, tools and other useful utilities before heading into the bomb shelter. While that may sound easy, the tricky part is that the above ground segment is randomized each time you play, so the placement of some items may change and you’ll have to deal with floaty physics and obstacles getting in the way in order to get what you need.

The second part of the gameplay centers around helping the family survive in the bomb shelter and making tough decisions when it comes to gaining supplies, rationing food and choosing who lives and who dies. The dark comedy throws some rogue elements the way of the player, forcing them to have to adapt to survive or die trying.

60 Seconds! turned out to be a very popular indie title on Steam, garnering tons of positive feedback. Many gamers enjoyed the random challenges, the dark humor and the mixture of scavenging with item management and balancing the resources to stretch them out for as long as possible. It’s a different take on all the other survival games that usually revolve around multiplayer deathmatch with a kill-on-sight mentality.

The game is set to arrive on September 22nd for iOS devices, so you’ll be able to pick up a digital copy from the iTunes App Store at the end of the month. For more info on 60 Seconds! Atomic Adventure, you can check out the game’s official website.
