Bandai Namco took to their official site to announce that Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will gain DLC and free content. The downloadable content offers more characters, moves, outfits and much more. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
To clarify things so that the announcement by Bamco won’t seem jumbled, the first DLC “Pack 1” will be available through the Season Pass and can be obtained individually. “Pack 1” will hold two new characters (Cabbe and Frost) as well as new quests, costumes, moves and much more.
The free DLC or update will offer new skills, costumes and new attack moves. Additionally, all players will be able to participate in a new event called the Frieza Siege Event in which players will have to stop Frieza’s onslaught on Cotton City. Players who beat the event will be rewarded with 10 exclusive and new Jersey costumes. The free DLC will also bring forth a new fight against Evil Yamcha that, when beat, will offer a “very special title.”
All of the aforesaid is listed below in an excerpt fond on the update page on Bandai Namoc’s site…
“After a successful launch last October, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Europe is coming back with more content and features for DRAGONBALL XENOVERSE 2! These updates, containing the very first DLC Pack together with loads of free content for all players, will be available on December 20th.”
That’s right, you will be able to access all of the new content on December 20th, which is right near the end of this year.
