Publisher TinyBuild Games and developer Dynamic Pixels have released two new gameplay trailers for their upcoming title Hello Neighbor. The Stealth horror game is set to come out during the Summer of 2017 and will be for PC.
Yes, Hello Neighbor is that type of game that will attract those tie-dyed haired people who are on YouTube screaming into the mic while obnoxiously playing the game. I’m sure there are videos already out there with people doing the above, but expect more when more playable builds surface.
On a serious note, the game is said to be an “intense action-horror” game that sees you (the player) breaking and entering your neighbor’s house to uncover the secrets that lie in his basement. Breaking into the house is said to be difficult by the devs who claim that the AI learns your every action and adapts to your play style, making the overall game that much more challenging:
“Hello Neighbor is a Stealth Horror Game about sneaking into your neighbor’s house and figuring out what he’s hiding in the basement. Play against an advanced AI that learns from your actions.”
The two new trailers discover in-game footage that partly relate to the story of the game — which is you breaking into your neighbors house to discover his hidden secrets — while highlighting the use of fireworks.
Both videos are up for your viewing pleasure and come in by TinyBuildGames‘ channel.
Alpha 2 will bring out more content, which if you bought the Early Access pack that is set to launch today you will gain access to the new Alpha build.
In addition to Alpha 2, folks will notice little touches to the game like better DoF (depth of field), more and better looking props, tweaks to the AI and much more. If you want to get in on this action of discovering your neighbor’s secrets you can get the Early Access deal on PC for $29.99.
