Looking for some more visual novels to pass the time? Although the game isn’t out yet, 5pb has published a new trailer for folks to get a look at New Game: The Challenge, which is a visual novel. New Game: The Challenge is set to come out for PS4 and PS Vita over in Japan on January 26th, 2017.
If you don’t already know, New Game: The Challenge Stage is based on the popular anime and manga. However those who want to enjoy the anime, or manga in an interactive visual novel platform will finally be able to do so come January 26th, 2017.
Looking into the mechanics of New Game: The Challenge Stage, players will assume the role of Aoba Suzukaze, who is in charge of making DLC for “Fairies Story 3”. Players will take part in learning skills from their experienced co-workers, with factors changing based on the co-workers you learn from.
The visual novel will also contain adventure parts that will change depending on your friendships and responses. Although there will be parts missed during a playthrough, later on you will be able to experience individual episodes of the co-workers you befriended earlier on.
Those who are curious and wish to watch the new debut trailer can watch it courtesy of HautBasGaucheDroite – JP, who posted up the trailer due to 5pb putting the original video on private and with YouTube constantly taking it down on other gaming channels. So without wasting anymore time you can check out the new trailer below.
