The first mod up comes in by modder EnaiSiaion. This Vampire mod overhauls the Vampires in the game and improves abilities, powers, spells, perks, and adds new Vampire Blood magic accompanied by Lord gameplay elements.

Modder Vicioussarr brings The Witcher 3 bards outfit to Skyrim. This standalone outfit is an import of the bard Dandelion. Currently the mod does not add Dandelion as an NPC, but you can forge the outfit under leather.
