There are three new mods available for Euro Truck Simulator 2 that add HD Roads, change truck physics, and bring “realistic” winter effects to every map. SCS Software released Euro Truck Simulator 2 back in October of 2012, and is currently available for PC and through Steam.
Simulators are nice games, but sometimes when they get old over time the graphics don’t always hold up to the player’s expectations. If you are the type of gamer that has some nice looking trucks and environment mods, but other things like grass and roads don’t match the upgraded graphical vehicle mods, then AlexeyP might have you covered with HD Roads V.1.0.
As seen above, the textures are a lot more defined compared to the left-hand side with washed out, less detailed textures. The mod also changes small roads, highways, motorways, road marking like sidewalks, reflective tops, drain covers, gratings, and anti-noise walls and guard rails.
You can get this mod by heading over to Modland.net.
The next mod is by David, which can be seen in the header image. The modder brings a new set of physics for trucks in Euro Truck Simulator 2. The mod seeks to change up standard vehicle (or truck) interactions with various road topography.
If you wish to test out David’s Truck Physics mod you can do so by hitting up Modland.net.
The last mod on this list is by Agarkov Pavel. Unlike some mods that add winter effects this mod fixes bloom issues, and re-shades environmental objects and trees. You can see a glimpse of the mod thanks to the modder.
It’s worth noting that this snow mod works across multiple maps and shouldn’t cause any crashing problems, unless you have another weather mod installed.

Euro Truck Simulator 2 is out now for PC and is available for $19.99 over on Steam.
