Skyrim Mods Add New Followers And ESO Skyshards

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has three new mods from modders ShinglesCat, SilverOfTheWest and Arthmoor. Two of the three mods bring new followers, while the third mod offers ESO Skyshard scattered about the land. Skyrim is out now for PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One, and is also planned to release for the Nintendo Switch.

The first mod that is up on this list comes in by modder ShinglesCat, who offers players a new follower in the realm of Skyrim. The mod features scratch textures like the scar/burn on his face (as seen above), new meshes for his character model and armor, as well as new textures for his hair.

The follower in the mod can not be married at the moment; but if you are the type that likes to sneak around using stealth, he will not attack enemies on sight making the process easier when traveling with him. Other skills he hones consist of lockpicking and using electric-base magic.

You can get Narandil the follower by hitting up NexusMods.

The next mod is by SilverOfTheWest. This mod gathers inspiration from the game Hunted: The Demon’s Forge, which contains the character E’lara. Versatile with blade, bow and magic, this follower can be found in Bee and the Barb, and can be married.

If you happened to enjoy E’lara in Hunted, this mod will surely bring a smile to those who enjoyed the character. You can check out an image of her below.

The last mod by Arthmoor places several ESO Skyshards throughout the land of Skyrim that include the following locations: Dawnguard areas and Solstheim. Ths Skyshards are said to be like the ones from Elder Scrolls Online, meaning that once you’ve collected three you will earn one perk point that can be spent on whatever it is that you wish to spend the point on. There are a total of 66 shards spread across the three locations, amounting to 22 extra perk points; an image of the shard can be seen below.
