Skyrim Special Edition Mods Enhance Sound And Thief Armor

Four new Skyrim mods are up and available for you to download over on NexusMods that change and enhance the sounds of Skyrim Special Edition, as well as revamping the Thieves Guild armor. Skyrim Special Edition is out now for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The first of the three mods up are all by one modder, Tonycubed2. These mods enhance the sounds of the wild, dungeons and towns in Skyrim. Adding over 150 plus sounds per mod, the mods stand to better the immersion of Skyrim SE and bring more life into said locations.

These new sound effects can be silenced by going into the folder and removing a group of sounds or silencing a specific sound to your liking, in case you want another mod to work with one of the three.

The official description for the mods sit below.

“Sounds of Skyrim is an audio project split in three parts that, in the end, adds around 460+ sound effects to the game world. It affects almost every cell and region in the game. My main goal is to not have one environment that is soundless to enhance immersion”

Each of the three mods can be downloaded over on NexusMods, which includes Sounds of Skyrimwilds, dungeons and civilization.

Next up is a mod by Redtox, which enhances the Thieves Guild armor in HD. All Thieves Guild armor for male and female received the high-quality treatment and sports better looking texture from before.

If you want to see the armor and all of the other re-textured versions, a video by Hodilton showing each variant can be seen below.

If any of the outfits above look like something worth downloading, the mod can be retrieved over on NexusMods.

Skyrim is out now for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC, while the Special Edition expanded over to PS4 and Xbox One.
