Looking for some new mounts to pick up in Riders of Icarus? Well, there’s a new expansion on the way called the Corruption of Light, due to drop on March 22nd, just a day after Mass Effect: Andromeda.
The two new trailers give gamers a brief rundown of what to expect from the upcoming expansion for Riders of Icarus, as well as the new mounts that will be available for players to commandeer.
You can check out the first trailer below, which is the official update trailer. It clocks in at just under a minute.
The trailer briefly showcases snippets of the new boss that players will be able to battle, as well as some of the enemies that will be present, too.
One of the more significant reveals in the trailer is that the level cap will increase to 55. This will give you some extra oomph in your attacks, and some additional defenses when you take a hit.
The second trailer is only 30 seconds long, but it quickly covers the game’s new mounts, including a cute and not-so-little dragon named Elicuno, and a salamander-like creature named Dredrum. You can check out the trailer below.
There’s a blue flaming dire wolf named Torkai that also joins the ranks. It’s a beautiful looking wolf with bluish-purple highlights and white fur.
A lot of gamers have been waiting for Torkai, and he’s finally going to arrive. Not only is the rather large wolf easy on the eyes, but it can also fly! It makes travel so much easier.
Riders of Icarus is available right now as a free-to-play MMORPG. The CryEngine-powered game launched last year with a lot of positive fan feedback, and it’s consistently been receiving updates since then.
