Are you interested in Assassin’s Creed? Does the series excite you? Well, there is a new rumor circulating around that might hold some validity in that we could see a new Egyptian themed game entitled “Origins” in the never ending series, set to re-debut at this year’s E3 2017.

Well, it seems that a new rumor is up about a new Buttcrack game by bootysoft… I mean Assassin’s Creed game by Ubisoft that will supposedly appear at this year’s E3. To be honest here, none of the recent games excite me and I couldn’t care less about the series as of now. However, I know that there are folks out there who do care, so… here you go.
According to publication site WWG, we learn that an “anonymous” Ubisoft source approached the site and provided it with “fresh details” from the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game that will be set in ancient Egypt and is entitled Origins.
The site claims that the project once went under a moniker of “Empire” and has since been changed to “Origins”, and is supposedly scheduled to be revealed at E3 2017. Instead of regurgitating similar words that the site is spewing, here are two paragraphs from WWG that detail the alleged game:
“Our sources suggest that Origins is a vast open world experience taking place in ancient Egypt. The story is rumoured to revolve around the original assassin’s guild and will feature two main characters – a man and a woman.
Its structure is said to be less linear, featuring a character progression system less tied to the story. A development source we spoke to compared it numerous times to Bethesda’s Skyrim. They say that impressions of the project internally are so far positive.”
The site notes that game is rumored to allow more freedom and will put a much greater emphasis on explorations over some of the most recent implementations in the series, which is said to be huge in scope. I just wonder will the game still hold glitches and things like this?
The source that spoke with WWG has the site noting that players will be able to leave all of ancient Egypt and travel to Greece and across the Mediterranean, sporting other means of transportation like horses and boats.
Moreover, the publication site also explained that there was a video in relation to Origins in that it showed other eras that consisted of far East regions, WW2 era France and a modern day Abstergo Industries facility. WWG last note pertained to Assassin’s Creed Origins launch, which is set to debut sometime in the Fall of 2017.
