Oh boy, it looks like Nintendo Switch owners will be getting some of the good and juicy games that PS4, PS Vita and PC users have been spoiled with over the last few years. It’s being reported that Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon will be coming to the Nintendo Switch, in addition to PS4 and PS Vita on August 31st.

TechRaptor spotted the news from developer Gust thanks to a new trailer revealing that the game will arrive in Japan at the end of August. You can check out the trailer below.

Nights of Azure 2 is a yuri action game, centered around a knight who must protect a young maiden from demons on their travels to save the Earth from an invasion.

Players can utilize the help of their companion by activating the Burst option, which allows players to utilize the Lily call-in to attack enemies. The all-female cast features a variety of buxom and aesthetically appealing characters who will either join up with the main characters or fight against them. The Techraptor article even notes that the main character from the first game, Arnice, will also make an appearance as well.

Interestingly enough the trailer mostly avoids the yuri elements and instead focuses on the characters and the RPG elements.

If you couldn’t tell by the trailer, Nights of Azure is extremely heavy on the fan-service. The game features all the jiggly, bouncing boob action one might expect from a Senran Kagura title. However, instead of being a fun-loving, over-the-top tale of action and intrigue, Nights of Azure is more of a romance tale with a story steeped in supernatural mysticism. The romance, by the way, involves the two main female characters.

You can look for Nights of Azure 2: Bride of the New Moon to launch on August 32st for PS4, PS Vita and Nintendo Switch in Japan. The original game also launched in North America on PS4 and PC after it had its time in the spotlight in the East, so don’t be surprised if the sequel gets localized by Koei Tecmo and arrives in the West shortly after it launches in Japan.
