Hell Let Loose Playable Alpha And Beta Planned For Steam Direct

Publisher and developer Black Matter seeks to use Steam Direct, the new replacement for Steam Greenlight, to issue out both Alpha and Beta builds for the new gritty and realistic PvP WW2 game, Hell Let Loose, when the program shapes up later on in 2017. The PC game is set to release in full on Steam sometime early 2018.

If you are looking for a WW2 game that will come out exclusively for PC and sports no reticle, no aim assist, weapons that can degrade over time, intense gore, destructible environments, and a real hierarchy command system, then Hell Let Loose is definitely something worth keeping an eye on.

As of recent, the WW2 game that is powered by the Unreal Engine 4 and in development by a small indie team named Black Matter, seeks to explore different theaters of the second world war and includes playable German, Japanese, Russian, British and U.S. campaigns. All of the above, though, won’t be through a single-player experience but through a PvP setup instead.

Each map in the game is said by the devs to be around 4km and is recreated from archival satellite photography to give players an authentic feel.

This now brings us to the latest news: backers who participate in the upcoming Kickstarter campaign will gain access to the Alpha and Beta build of Hell Let Loose when Steam Direct rolls around sometime this month. Additionally, the Alpha and Beta will drop near the end of 2017, which leads up to the early 2018 official release of Hell Let Loose.
