Monster Hunter: World Character Creation And Coral Highlands Detailed

Capcom has released a new batch of videos showing a deeper look at the character creation and a new location called the Coral Highlands in the upcoming Monster Hunter  title. Monster Hunter: World is currently set to release for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on January 26th, 2018.

At Tokyo Game Show 2017, Capcom took to the stage for the final time to round out the show in order to show fans some interesting stuff that will be in the upcoming title known as Monster Hunter: World. The presentation contained that of a new location commonly referred to as the Coral Highlands, whilst another video showing a deeper look at the character creation has popped up.

Starting with the Coral Highlands, the featured gameplay of the map happens to sit below thanks to CapcomChannel, which shows new monsters. The monsters featured in the new video are the Bird Wyverns A.K.A Tzitzi-Ya-Ku, Paolumu, and the Flying Wyvern Legania.

Next up comes a video from Zanar Aesthetics. The video takes us by the hand and walks us through 15 minutes of character alterations. However, I should make mention that a lot of people are curious as to whether there will be a boob slider or not, which at this point it remains a mystery.

What is known is that you can change quite a bit of facial features in the editor as seen below:

All in all, I’m looking forward to seeing more of Monster Hunter: World. The game looks like it takes previous versions found on the 3DS and adds on to said series with a plethora of content.

While we wait for more information on Monster Hunter: World, the game is due out for a world release across PS4 and Xbox One on January 26th, with a PC version set to launch later. In Japan, the game will release for PS4.
