Looking for new Fallout 4 mods that enhance your experience while playing? Three new mods add a new Wattz Laser gun, raw mouse input, and new optimized textures that reduce the game and all of its DLC sizes. Bethesda’s Fallout 4 is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The first mod that is available to download right now is a weapon mod and comes in by modder DeadPool2099. The mod in question allows you to wield Wattz Laser gun that comes loaded with a list of customizable parts. The modded weapon pays tribute to that of the one found in Fallout and Fallout 2, Wattz 2000, hence the name of Wattz 3000.
The video above comes in by Ha-ru, which the link to download this mod can be found over on NexusMods.
The next mod by modder IceKK brings a special touch to your mouse control whilst playing Fallout 4. This action is achieved through multiple edits to “normalize” mouse movement for your taste. The mod has options like Disabled Mouse Acceleration, Horizontal/Vertical Parity, Scale-able ADS Multiplier, and Normalized Sensitivity.
You can get this mod by hitting up NexusMods.
The last mod on this list by Phylith adds an optimized texture pack that manifests a smaller file size. This mod is good if you don’t want your game’s file size to be gigantic. Additionally, to put that into perspective, you can see by how much the mod reduces texture file sizes (or the game in general) as reflected on the mod’s download page:
“Reduced Base Game total .ba2 size from 13.5 GB down to 5.58 GB.
Reduced DLC total .ba2 size from 4.0 GB down to 1.43 GB.”
As noted above, the mod reduces textures across the vanilla game and all of its DLCs. Not that the resolution of the image below does any justice, you can see the texture optimization mod below.
The mod is up for download over on NexusMods.
Fallout 4 is currently available to play across PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
