Cygames has followed up on Platinum Games upcoming RPG Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link with a new eight minute long gameplay video. The PS4 footage comes in courtesy of a stage event at Granblue Fantasy Fes 2017.
There’s a lot of talk surrounding the 2018 game Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link. Many fans of Cygames and Platinum Games want a Western release, even though fear censorship. Even still, Platinumn shows the following information on platinumgames.com:
“Information on this page only applies to Japan. No official announcement has been made regarding Western releases of this title.”
Moreover, back on August 21st, 2016 we learned how Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link would function gameplay wise. The action RPG received a trailer on said date showing what gamers would be able to do in the magical realm of Link. If you forgot how the game looks and wish to see the old trailer, CygamesChannel still has the video in question for you to look over.
As of recent times, Cygames flaunted up to eight minutes of gameplay, which happens to be for PS4 during Granblue Fantasy Fes 2017 event. If that sounds like something worth watching, the video by Gamebrott sits below (warning: NicoNico video compression).
As noted above, no Western release date has been announced yet. The publisher or developer could release a note explaining a Western release sometime later down the line for gamers and fans around the world to read over, but as of now the game appears to have no Western launch.
Anyway, the game looks interesting and hopefully it faces no problems or censorship during its time in or after development. As for Granblue Fantasy Project Re: Link’s debut, the action RPG is set to come out for PS4 in Japan in 2018.
