MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries has a new video teaser trailer out showing enhancements made to biomes and other effects featured in the game. The mech title in question is currently slated for a December 2018 release for PC.

The last MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries video was a teaser trailer that ran through hanger activity for 30 seconds or so, until viewers were seated in a mech. Various locations were showcased through the cockpit of the mech, flaunting action sequences that ranged from helicopters and opposing mechs on planets to encounters on the moon. The previous teaser video was released back in early December of 2017.

Piranha Games has  maintained consistency with the latest teaser trailer for for MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries, except this time the new teaser focuses on biomes, destruction, and special effects.

The near three-minute long video shows actual gameplay, which you can look over the new video right here that comes in by Piranha Games.

Clarity on MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries development seems to be hitting high notes and low notes according to video footage and Russ Bullock — President and Executive Producer of Piranha Games. At times the devs share progress made on the game to flaunt enhancements made to the game, while other things shared by Bullock cover sub-par AI algorithms.

While we wait on further information on this title, it is said that Mercenaries will feature a “sim-like campaign” where the player runs a mercenary company and can explore areas, and fight different enemies.

Mercenaries will also support Steam Workshop, meaning that mod support will be a thing. In other words, the usual stuff like better graphics, additional options to toggle, and content custom tailored to a player’s liking will be possible through said Workshop support.

Lastly, this game has a tentative launch window of December 2018. If you want more information on this mech title you can visit up mw5mercs.com.
