E3 2018: Metro Exodus Images Trailer Appear Showing Weapons And Enemies

Deep Silver and 4A Games won’t release Metro Exodus until early 2019. Although this release date is different from its original late 2018 debut, folks will be able to see snippets of the game thanks to new “leaked” screenshots.

I’m sure there are many Metro: Exodus fans out there that were looking forward to 4A Games releasing this iteration late this year. However, that’s not the case anymore, which may or may not be a bad thing to you.

While we wait on the devs behind Metro Exodus to polish it up, we do have some newly “leaked” images for you to look over.

The images or screenshots that sit below can be traced back to Reddit user static989, which each of the five stills can be look over right here:

The first image reveals a little girl looking out of a window over the cold city draped in the frosted tears of clouds, while the protagonist wields a revolver-like weapon. The two individuals look to be staying in an upstairs room looking for something.

The second and third images reveal enemy creatures, whereupon the third image showcases the scope attached to an unseen weapon.

The fourth image depicts humans wielding AK-47-like weapons aboard a train with the Red Star plastered on the right-hand corner of the screen.

The final screen, which also doubles over as the header image, reveals the train, yet again, and another AK-47-like weapon. The weapon in question is missing the dust port covering the recoil spring — and other parts too.

If you don’t know, Metro Exodus was announced on June 11th at Microsoft’s press conference during E3 2017. Given that Microsoft conference is right around the corner we might see something of this game there. Until then, are you excited to see more of Metro Exodus or can you wait for it to release sometime in Q1 of 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One?
