BioWare And DC Comics Will Partner Together To Make Anthem Comic Series

Big papa EA and BioWare are currently working on a looter-shooter game titled Anthem. Although much controversy surrounds the two companies and their project, the publisher and developer seek to expand on the game well before it releases to the public via a partnership with Dark Horse (DC) Comics through a series of art books and comics.

Anthem is set to release Q1 of 2019, more specifically on February 22nd of next year, and while that’s a ways away from now, it looks like the “granddaddy” of annual comics conventions will give a glimpse into the universe starting from Jul 19th to July 22th, 2018.

According to DC Comics official Twitter account, we learn that the company has partnered with BioWare “on a new program” that will delve into the world of Anthem (the game) with an art book and comic series.

This will kick-off at a special signing with the Anthem team at San Diego Comic-Con 2018 later this week:

Lastly, whether you’re interested in this game or not, it’s still set to release for PC and home consoles, which includes PS4 and Xbox One.
