NASCAR Heat 3 Rolls Out For PC, PS4, Xbox One For $49.99

704Games announced that NASCAR Heat 3 is currently available for digital and physical purchase for the Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The game is available starting at $49.99, but also extends the promotion of the race-ticket coupon program, where anyone who purchases the game at retail will receive a $50 race-ticket coupon that can be redeemed toward the purchase of a ticket to attend any NASCAR-sanctioned event through 2019 at any of the Speedway Motorsport, Dover International Speedway, or Indianapolis Motor Speedway tracks.

I suppose that’s one way to get people to get up and go out and purchase NASCAR Heat 3 from a physical retailer.

You’ll also be able to attend the Ford Championship Weekend at the Homestead-Miami Speedway if you happen to be one of the finalists competing in the NASCAR Heat 3 eSports competition, the NASCAR Heat Champions: Road To Miami. The rules of the event and how to participate are rolled out over on the official website

Wow that was a lot of info to burn through before even getting to the actual game!

Okay, so NASCAR Heat 3 features a number of different races, cars, sponsors, and tracks spread across multiple disciplines. They give you a brief rundown via the official launch trailer, which you can check out below.

The trailer is barely a minute long, but 704Games decided to just squeeze in a lot of gameplay in a short of amount of time while also giving gamers a look at the different NASCAR disciplines that you’ll encounter throughout the game, which includes the traditional NASCAR racing series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

And as 704Games president Paul Brooks pointed out in the press release, yes, this includes dirt-track racing, too…

“NASCAR Heat 3 has more tracks, improved multiplayer with online tournaments, and an even deeper career mode featuring a totally new dirt-racing challenge: the Xtreme Dirt Tour.”

I’m surprised that the press release was so thin on the details for the game despite the game having quite a lot of options to play through and various multiplayer modes, a robust career mode where you work you way up from the little leagues to the big leagues, and make adjustments to your car and racing style along the way.

Anyway, NASCAR Heat 3 is available right now starting at $49.99 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. You can learn more about the game by hitting up the official website.
