Scarlet Moon Productions announced that you can currently pre-order the Prescription For Sleep: Celeste soundtrack right now from over on the Bandcamp album page.
The album will be available both digitally and physically, with the digital version carrying a $10 price tag while the physical version will arrive on a compact disc for $25. The full digital album will be available starting November 2nd next month while the physical items will begin to ship out to those who purchase them starting December 1st, 2018.
For those who pre-order now you will gain access to three tracks ahead of the full release, which you can stream right now through a preview for the collection of sonatas. You can check out the preview below.
The full album will feature more than 75 minutes worth of music across 11 tracks, with each of the songs being included based on community votes. The compact disc version will also arrive with illustrations from Maximo Lorenzo Vitaly. Keep in mind that only 1,000 physical units will be made available, so you’ll have to act quick to get your hands on that version.
The album features mostly piano remixes of the songs from the independently made, side-scrolling platformer, Celeste.
As mentioned in the headline, the soundtrack features compositions from Metal Gear Solid composer and saxophonist Norihiko Hibino, Lena Raine, and plenty of piano solos from Etrian Odyssey pianist AYAKI. Some of the tracks obviously stand out a bit more than others, with Heart of the Mountain being a prime example of that.
You can also check out a preview teaser for one of the tracks ahead of the release, thanks to the PR sending over a sample of the song “Reflection”.
For gamers who need a little bit of music to help them hit the pillow and grab hold onto the love handles of their dreams, you can look to get your hands on the Prescription For Sleep: Celeste soundtrack starting next month.
