The game isn’t that hard, but if you’ve been having trouble with specific segments of the game, the cheats should help balance out the gameplay.
So far – barring some piss-poor playthroughs from IGN and a few other reviewers – Resident Evil 2‘s (or Biohazard 2 in Japan) the game has been receiving a lot of positive feedback for its content so far. There are some obvious issues with some of the characters (especially Claire), but some of the things are done better than the original while some of the things aren’t. Graphically at least it truly takes advantage of today’s hardware capabilities.
