Panzer Dragoon Remake And Seiken Densetsu 3 Remake Revealed

Remakes are popping up left and right, and two remakes, in this case, happen to be Panzer Dragoon and Seiken Densetsu 3. The much older games will no longer be 20th-century titles, but now “modern” games all due to the upcoming remakes announced at Nintendo’s E3 show.

Firstly, the game that Sega and crew developed back in the mid-1990s is categorized as a rail shooter, where the story follows a lone hero fighting an evil empire in an ancient-like post-apocalyptic world while riding a Dragon.

This game is Panzer Dragoon and will see you assuming the role of Keil Fluge — a member of a hunter party. Becoming the rider of Solo Wing and setting forth to stop the Dark Dragon, the 1995 game will re-release this year as a remake for the Switch.

Moreover, Forever Entertainment — the devs over Panzer Dragoon Remake — posted the following info up:

“A new, remade version of the Panzer Dragoon game – true to the original, with improved graphics and controls, that suit modern gaming standards!

On a far, lone planet, you encounter two dragons awaken from the ancient time. Armed with a deadly gun from the ancient past and the guidance of your armored blue dragon, you must fulfill your destiny and keep the Prototype Dragon from reaching the Tower or die trying!”

Anyway, here’s the official Nintendo E3 Direct trailer:

The Legend of the Sacred Sword 3 better known as Seiken Densetsu 3 first became available in 1995 where the action role-playing game remake is set to come out sometime in 2020 for PC via Steam, PS4, and Switch.

All six characters (Angela, Duran, Hawk, Lise, Kevin, and Carlie) and their classes and class branches will still be in the game as well as familiar bosses and places, except it’s all interpreted in 3D as seen below:

Lastly, are you happy that older games are getting the remake treatment or should actual sequels take their place?
