Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix’s Rise of the Tomb Raider was supposed to be the sequel that finally gave us the “real” Lara Croft. However, the game was just more of the exact same thing as the first one, with Lara acting bipolar, the enemies being more interesting than the supposed good guys, and the game feeding you lots of bodies to ploy through while Lara whines about murder and death.
Anyway, there are some updated cheat trainers available for the third-person, platforming shooter, so you can check those out in case you’re still playing that game for whatever reason.
The first cheat trainer is available for free from over on Mr. Antifun.
The trainer features the following Rise of the Tomb Raider cheats:
The trainer was updated very, very recently, so it should work with the latest DLC and patches that Crystal Dynamics rolled out for the game.
It sports all the basic cheats required to cheese your way through the game, from start to finish. You have the infinite health so you don’t die, the unlimited ammo so you can kill everything on screen without scrounging for more, and the no reloads so you never have to stop firing once you start.
The jump height modifier will also really come in handy for the platforming segments.
There’s another trainer that was just recently updated over on WeMod.com.
The trainer features the following cheats for Rise of the Tomb Raider:
It features the same cheats as Mr. Antifun’s trainer, but comes with the convenience of being part of the WeMod app, so you don’t have to worry about loading up different trainers at different times for different games.
The other good part is that the trainer from WeMod is free, which means you don’t have to pay a dime to cheat your way through Rise of the Tomb Raider.
The next trainer offers up premium and free options. It’s available for download from over on MegaDev.info.
You can gain access to the following Rise of the Tomb Raider cheats:
There are only a handful of cheats, and the free one is the infinite ammo cheat, which you can use without needing a premium membership.
The other cheats all require you to sign up with Megadev, so keep that in mind if you want to plop on the god mode or make use of the infinite skill points.
The final trainer of the bunch is from Cheat Happens.
The trainer houses the following cheats for Rise of the Tomb Raider:
You get a bevy selection of different options with this trainer, from the unlimited health and ammo to more specified cheats like the resources and the ability to instantly level up.
There’s also the float mode and the option to unlock weapons.
However, there is a caveat here… the trainer requires a premium membership to Cheat Happens. So if you’re down with that… well, then have at it, ace.
I tend to doubt the cheats will do much to satiate the thirst that longtime fans have for a good Tomb Raider game, but it may add some measure of enjoyment to people who feel like they need to squeeze a few more inches of replayability out of the game before sun-setting it for good.
The game is currently available for the Xbox One, PS4, and on the Steam store for $29.99. You can also find the first plot of the Tomb Raider game, which is called Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch, we have the game walkthrough that can help you progress in the game.
Lastly, for the sequel of this game, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, you can also find the cheat on our post, to help you finish the game story smoothly and faster.
